2024 BARS Conference Recap

The 22nd Annual BARS (British Association of Retinal Screening) Conference was successfully concluded at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Liverpool City Centre. This two-day conference was held on 26- 27th September, 2024, providing a valuable knowledge exchange and networking platform for those working in the retinal screening field.

Apart from being one of the event sponsors, team members from the NEC Care team also proactively participated in both poster and photography competitions — sharing their eye screening stories with event participants.  We are thrilled to announce that the NEC Care team had won not just the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in the poster competition but also won three out of the five prizes in the photography competition!
